Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a bowl, mix together chopped macadamia nuts, breadcrumbs, melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper
