Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Spray or line a baking dish with cooking spray
Mix flour, cocoa powder, white sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl using a whisk
Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter and mix well
The white chocolate chips and dried cranberries should be carefully mixed in
Place the batter in the baking dish that has been prepared and spread it out evenly
In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few moist crumbs on it
