Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Put olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix in the basil pesto
Toss the shrimp around in the bowl until they are all covered
Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Put shrimp on skewers that have been soaked
Take the shrimp off the grill and cook it for two to three minutes on each side, or until it turns pink and opaque
