Low Carb Artichoke Dip Skillet Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Put baking powder, garlic powder, salt, almond flour, and coconut flour in a large bowl

Crack the eggs, melt the butter, and mix them with the sour cream in a different bowl

Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ones while stirring them together

To make the sauce, add chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, mayonnaise, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes

Spread the mixture out evenly in a skillet that has been greased

Put the bread in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
