This chunky tomato salsa from a restaurant is made with fresh ingredients and tastes great. You can dip things in it or put it on top of your favorite Mexican food.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeo, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Put the chopped tomatoes, red onion, jalapeo, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl
To make it taste right, add lime juice, salt, and black pepper
Mix well
Put the dish in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on to let the flavors mix
It goes well with tortilla chips and can also be used to top tacos, burritos, or salads
